Dr. Julian Earls was born in Virginia and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. receiving his Bachelor of Science degree. He returned to Cleveland to attend Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Earls graduated from his Residency training in Neurology and Pain Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

He received Presidential Commendation, Georgia State medical Society, 1999 and Presidential Commendation, Georgia State Medical Association, 2011. He received Outstanding Service Award, Middle Georgia Medical Society, 2000.
He moved to Macon, Georgia in 1995 and began practicing strictly Pain Management. He joined forces with the Pain Institute of Georgia in 1999 and is currently Vice-President and Chief Operational Officer, Director of Medical Pain Management and Chief Neurologist.

Dr. Earls is the father of two daughters and a mentor to countless young men in his Church and community. He is a published author, artist and inspirational speaker.
